Thanks to all the morons who must have "deep" pockets, we now have to pay billions for a high speed rail system that will probably never be completed and do nothing for traffic congestion!

While I appreciate the traffic to the site, I'd rather you get up and VOTE!

Does the current floor plan, layout or design of your home allow for a smooth flowing traffic pattern in, out and through the proposed addition?

Now, traffic to these high municipal, commercial, academic, medical prone areas from outer areas is getting to be a big factor, and adds stimulus to demand, added with current logistical costs and transportation.To add more appreciation to the area, large buildings are being turned into high-rise condo buildings and lofts, going for some hefty prices.....So IN THEORY, it looks like a win....I got some good intellectual backing from friends whom are superintends for the largest builders in the state, #1 & #2, not to mention the designer is one of my homeboys too...Now, this has got my stomach feeling some multiple Metamorphoses wrapped up and ready to burst (if you know what I mean).......It’s looking good so far.....Now,Here are your turn boys and girls to add some (+/-)critical replies, anything will help...I have got to be damn sure.......

BUT, looking at the increased traffic on zillow.com, realtor.com, and other watered-down freebie sites, suggests that if they did not have to pay, they would view.

I am not talking about traffic violations, I am talking about drug possession / intent to sell, domestic abuse, things like that.

From what I understand, Real Estate is the fastest growing sector of eBay.I can find deals all day, my challenge is getting the traffic to the listing.

It works great for the sides and ceiling, but any place that gets foot traffic wore off..

I am the owner and Optimizer of the a high traffic site.I have been involved in the real estate business since September '05 and have slowly made my way up Google.

It seems to get more traffic to our site but I am uncertain as to whether a trust factors exists for people to purchase.
