An area in which there are lots of restaIrants / bars and turnIng trendy rapIdly wIth lots of old buildings in the area that can be converted.

If you plan to be an owner occupant then I would suggest you look for properties through Homepath and Homesteps because they have an initial 20 day first look period where investors are barred (in theory) from making offers.

I own and operate a woodworking business building tables and bars and very custom items for clients.

I always could find the money, it’s just sometimes the bar sounded like more fun and I knew I would get the landlord money on the next paycheck.
