The condo is renovating the entire lobby, each floor (amazing taste and will def look luxury), and the pool deck (adding cabanas etc).

Many economists have been calling for the rate increases we are just now seeing since 2013 or so, the mortgage industry of course has been lobbying to stop this just as long.

I have never been to the performing arts theater but now I have a reason to.

In the never ending search for more Federal Tax dollar, there is a proposal to eliminate the 1031, Tax Free Exchange.  16 different real estate organizations have formed a coalition to counter and lobby against that planned initiative.

------------------I understood that they were restricting my use of the gym, pool, valet and i can not receive packages but now they are adding that when i have a guest arrive in the lobby they are not allowed to call me and i have to go down to the lobby to get my guest.

I used to install home theater systems when I was in college as a side job while I worked at Circuit City.

I can buy multiple condos and get in and try to lobby for the HOA to clean things up or walk away.I love the neighborhood they are in but looking at history, many of them are selling, and for sale now, and they are selling for way lower than asking price.

First, most things are possible with enough effort and/or money to lobby your efforts.
