If you have to use 90s, try to use long sweep 90s.

Not repairs wise, mostly maintenance like cleaning painting the hallways, cleaning the stairs, sweeping and so on. 

This is done by sweeping money back and forth from a heloc and checking account. 

Typically we sweep the funds out of Venmo account the same day they pay and funds typically are available in our bank account in two days.
