Thinking of partnering with local substance abuse recovery nonprofit to find and run some single and multi family transitional housing.  

This research will not only be focused on actual health solutions but on building a body of knowledge of the finer workings of the body's various detoxification/excretion pathways and mechanisms for substances of all kinds, to bring scientific attention to the most reliable methods of healing and staying disease free.

The other day I had to pick up something so I went to check on them, the house was kept well inside but I smell so much marijuana/weed, I had said no smoking of any substance The house so hot inside as if the house was on fire.

They are have a wealth of issues (untreated mental illness/substance abuse etc) that would need to be addressed before suitable housing could be found.

With all due respect, you have given only opinons, absolutley no substance to this entire thread except to post a source that contradicts my verifications of income from providing mortgage to some doctors in this area.

Plus I have some welcome cards I put the key and remote in the envelope wishing them smooth sailing (hidden meaning: no late rent).I’m not gonna start pushing booze they may be in recovery and its insulting to give any type of addictive substance even chocolates are out.

After watching hours of YouTube videos on septic tanks I have determined that one of my tanks and the leech lines are full of biomat, a nasty substance made up of fat and grease.I am considering adding to the drain field while having the current drain field cleaned.I have heard of people using other remedies and wanted to see what others have done.This tank has been pumped 3-4 times this year!

They mention everything they've learned/are learning but never provide any substance as to what they have actually accomplished, such as saying "during the year I have been in Pace's Sub To programs I have acquired 6 properties netting me $1800/month in passive cashflow for a CoC return of 18%". 

Upon signing our new lease (they were month to month) we have included our no smoking policy which also states no burning of incense or any other substance which causes particulate matter to be released into the air.
