Well I was stationed in Montgomery, AL for a while and would get to Auburn regularly for games.

Add a couple DB's, and three in-home refuse stations, I've always had good success with Kilz.

I own there now because I'm stationed there.

I have a "battlefield" condition (see pic) Colt Army that my father found while bottle digging at Ruby Ranch (Inskip Station) back in the sixties.

The tenant doesn't expect to go to the gas station, grocery store, electric company or anywhere else and get the product or service without paying.

I had the pleasure of being stationed at Shaw AFB in Sumpter, SC while in the USAF and dated a lovely gal from Charlotte (granted, it was a decent drive, but it allowed me to see the countryside).

I realize that I could do (should do) more, but I guess you have to start somewhere.A few times I have paid the gas tab of the person behind me at my local gas station (without them knowing it was me).

I have now set up about 6 stations and am in the process of fine tuning them.

This could include such things like bums living there, a nasty pumping station right in front of your park frontage, etc, etc...You have to think of it from a typical family's point of view as a homeowner.
