Given how litigious our society is and how often info on the MLS is trash, I can only assume there are large numbers of lawsuits over exactly this, but if listing agents and brokers aren't worried about it, then those law suits presumably don't go anywhere (aside from generating fees/invoices that lawyers can send out to get paid, of course).
