Much less likely to have the side mirrors grazing the doorway opening, and just easier to get in and out.For the door to the grilling deck, it looks like you may not have allowed for a screen door there (I could just be not seeing it).

I have a renter who smokes. My lease did not prohibit smoking. Can I withhold any of the security deposit for painting/carpet replacement if there is significant odor from cigarette smoke?

In my old home state, those who have legitimate hardships often have to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy, make a list of all their toys, & stand in front of a bk trustee in a public forum where that trustee grills the debtor *under oath* about their posessions, with complete authority to seize anything he wants to pay those bills.

All the tenants there are quality until just recently when the landlord rented to people who are smokers in non-smoking units and they moved in at 3 a.m. and were also smoking what smelled like pot.
