If more than 2 major banks collapse, the EU would likely step in with some sort of rescue package and infuse new capital to shore up the remaining banks.This still could be the first domino and is worth observing for our own lessons.Thanks for the questions.

@Minna Reid  its fraud.. but you can rescue a pre foreclosure in most states and rent back with an option to buy.. i did hundreds of those prior to Oregon making pre foreclosure rescue lease backs ILLEGAL  why i have no clue.but let me give you reality from someone who did well over a 100 of these.. you will not sell the home back to the party in a year.. their credit is shot .. and they simply wont do it.out all those i did exactly 2 bought the house back.. one was becasue they worked at a department store that was employee owned and it got bought and they got i think 600k in stock cash out the 250 of it and paid me off.the other was a family property that the extended family rallied to cash it out..

Amendments to the IRC adopted by local jurisdictions may add to those requirements.If it is not obvious whether a room in your listing counts as a bedroom, the IRC and other codes mentioned here can help you resolve the question.Your local building official is a good source of information on local codes and amendments to the IRC.Misrepresenting the status of a room in the MLS could put you at risk of violating the MLS’s rules, Article 2 the Code of Ethics, which states that REALTORS® must avoid exaggerating or misrepresenting facts related to the property, and TREC Rule 535.155(d), which states an advertisement could mislead or deceive the public if it is inaccurate in any material fact or representation.The IRC requires a bedroom to have: A floor area of not less than 70 square feet and not less than 7 feet in any horizontal dimensionA minimum ceiling height of 7 feet, and if there is a sloped ceiling, then a minimum of 50% of ceiling must be a minimum of 7 feet highAt least one operable emergency escape and rescue opening with a clear opening of not less than 5.7 square feet, and a required egress window that must have a minimum width of 20 inches, a minimum height of 24 inches, and a maximum window sill height of 44 inches.Housing built prior to the adoption of the IRC by Texas that remains unchanged is not required to comply with IRC standards for what may be considered a bedroom.

@Jose Diaz  Months ago which was the last time I gave advice on this, which was to think through on establishing a business entity, because the Investor had no equity to lose at that time and low down financing wouldn't be available to someone with an LLC , Realty Trust or Corp.a little guy from Detroit, who helps rescue dogs, and hadn't done a deal yet, told me I was crazy and an Ahole for that advice.I hope he's learned a little more by now...Anyway, at our MassRealEstate.net meetings I usually have an Attorney and encourage Investors to meet with them and PAY (discount for our members) for:a consultationa Review of the Contracts and Procedures they use.Then when they get into trouble, they have a resource to help defend their actions and the Contract.
