Cheap curtains hung up on the first floor, a welcome mat, lights on a timer, battery operated fake candles on a timer, big size 11 men's shoes and big men's jacket hung by the front door, two empty dog bowls, a tie out in the back yard (for a dog), fan on a timer, foldable table and chairs with a tablecloth and centerpiece, and radio playing on a timer.  

In my case, since my property is inaccessible they asked me to just pay whatever I need to pay to get the trees removed, driveway rebuilt, and other remediation - and keep the receipts.

Switched PMs recently and the former PM decided to remove our entire listing.

Then, a scammer with a fake title company website inserted themselves, offering to help with the transaction and do the title work.

However, the moment I take them off as authorized users, it removes it from their profile and their scores will drop.

They don't understand that honesty is better than fake cuddles over everything.

I experimented with removing my cleaning fees in one unit.  

Having said that the tenant did pay for them and they were temporary and had them done by a professional and will pay to have them removed when they leave (they've been there almost 10 years at this point).If the PM told the tenant they can have the repairs done, have your person go and look at them to see if they were done properly.
