Remind him that the new landlord will call you for references.

The feeling of BP reminds me of the alumni network of Notre Dame (where I completed my EMBA) - everyone is passionate about connecting with and helping others, it's great.  

Please keep in mind that my opinion is free, and folks often remind me it's worth exactly what they paid for it :) Happy investing! 

Send them a reminder in email to review their lease, section whatever and that rent must be paid within 5 days of whatever date (I assume the 1st).

Also remind them that you also have their security deposit and, if the unit is returned in clean, in good condition, and by Sept. 30th...that you will promptly return their security deposit. 

Looks like these kind of events really do bring people together and are a good reminder to us about what really matters in life - its really easy to forget these important life truths when everything is going well, sometimes too well :)This might be an insensitive question again due to the recent hurricane, but are there any local meetups that you would recommend that might happen between the 21st-28th of Sept?  

He got nothing out of the deal except the horrible reminder that he got screwed every time he comes here to mow and blow.If you have none of those concerns, I wouldn't mess with that title at all.

Remind him that real estate deals fall through all the time.
