Personally, I prefer move-out agreements that are clear & firm but reasonable, rehabilitating tenants whenever possible -- and for critics of move-out agreements, I contend they don't have to put you in a worse-off position than eviction if you know what you're doing.    

JWB is pet-friendly, which is important to me, and they are buying and rehabilitating older houses or building new houses in many communities, which improves the community and improves the lives of the people that are able to rent these homes.

UBI is detrimental to individual development - I would rather see that money spent on free education, improved physical and electronic infrastructure, drug rehabilitation, financial counseling, and other systems that empower people by creating a supportive framework for them to improve their lives themselves.
