This makes me wonder about the additional number of visitors that airport will bring, irrespective of its capacity.To be clear, I don't have a crystal bowl to predict the future so it's all about risk taking and managing, assuming you can get the return you're looking for of course.

Cheers mate,I've said it so many times before.Who is not happy from within, will never be happy with anything or anyone else.Many unhappy folks look for a victim, be it in their personal life or a business.Like a drug to an addict.They thrive on drama, disputes, problems, arguments, etc...Simplicity, common sense, higher moral thinking aren't an option.Procrastination, fear, complexity, disagreement, doubt, jealousy, greed, etc... is what drives most of their psyche.I've had thousands of investor calls over the years and can literally predict exactly what to expect based on demographic, culture, nationality, age, etc... and by listening to the questions.But sometimes, I read it wrong like in this instance.

Cannot have your cake and eat it too (take the payments but then say invalid contract)If it’s a contract for deed (which sucks in Missouri as it would have been faster to have a traditional deed of trust and note), it may state they are responsible for upkeep of the propertyBut if there are no violations and they are making payments you will have a difficult argument to take property backAs mentioned get an attorney  depending on the debt instrument used virtually all of them have what is called  EVENTS of DEFAULT.These include:Non payment of mortgage when due.Non payment of Tax's and or insurance.WASTE  and that is what you have if you can easily prove it..

And I'd also suggest to start getting into uber-stable markets for this, Midwest, upper-Midwest, because TX has had too much and too fast a growth clip and what you need is very plain, boring, vanilla, RELIABLE, CONSISTENT, PREDICTABLE boring assets to add to your portfolio.
