Most are good, a fair number are irritating, and a very tiny amount are truly crooked. 

This is the most irritating question I get from these so called hard money lenders.

In a lot of cases you would just irritate your own tenants and may get a reputation of being a landlord people shy away from.

Chances are that you will probably decide to get out of the business once the hassles are too much.The most irritating part is that all your applicants are lying.

I must say I am more than just a little irritated that "Clary" found my responses unhelpful, but the reality (as any experienced investor can tell you) I was spot on.

I deal with the same legal aid lawyer on a regular bases at board hearings and refer to him by his first name, he finds my familiarity  extremely irritating which is why I do it.

It's a little irritating, but I just sucked it up and continued on ethically.
