@Ryan Swan, funny you say that, I just used all of my votes on that one feature last week, which kind of sucks because I wouldn't consider that an "enhancement" as much as just a total whiff on Buildium's part.  

But tuned out to be a pretty nice profit deal for us about 650 to 700k net in less than a year.the lady got her home back free and clear and I told her do not Borrow against it ever again her kids had forced her into last time and of course took the money themselves.

Those policies that weren’t forced on the plan of last resort, the state run California ‘Fair’ Plan are significantly underinsured.

Since I've owned just a few days over a year, I'm not a happy camper and have no doubt they knew this was going to happen when they took my money last November. 

This year we cleared about $530k revenue which was like a 3.5x from last year which returns were negative for 2023 , but I'm assuming that's not going to be the case for 2024 once we file.
