I don't know any of them, just based on my observation of living adjacent to them and having to hear what they're saying as the one lady in her 30's is the loudest, even when she's in the front pacing while on her phone.

My question is we could start smaller and build up , let there learning curve catch up so to speak or go bigger and speedup the pace . i am not going crazy risky but would like to start at say either 3 or 4 triplexs / fourplexs or just go commercial .
