The truth, however, is that now a days the work can be completely OUTSOURCED!

I feel I'm going to outsource everything, I'm probably better off investing with a REIT or some kind of syndication arrangement.  

It took numerous phone calls from my agent and myself to random people in some outsourced office halfway across the country and weeks of stress to finally get the loan closed (and only because the seller agreed to an extension at the last minute).

My first blush idea would be to work more billable hours as an attorney to accumulate your share of the investment and outsource property management.

I am curious to hear everyone's opinions on outsourcing property management for a portfolio of rentals to a specific person that you the investor hires.

Do they have mgmt, and outsource maintenance?

@Lemont Williams you will likely have to out source getting phone numbers because you need to keep in mind that you'll need to call a lot of sellers to find a motivated lead.

Are you sold on outsourcing your management?

By using software or list sources, you are essentially outsourcing this analytical process and depriving yourself of an education that you can build on for years to come.

Leveraging other peoples time and expertise through outsourcing can be very powerful as long as you have the right teams.
