I would listen to a ton of podcasts, read books, and get started by find an investor agent who can connect you with a good lender that can fund your deal. 

"Listen if you're out by the end of the month, I'll forgive the debt and give you $x for moving expenses.

Yet I listened to an interview yesterday with Henry Washington and he said that you can at times, make up to 10 offers in a week just to find the best deals. 

I just finished listening to episode 838 and am now panicked because I don't have any of these other protections set up.  

Our goal is to start with a few small multiunit rental properties and grow from there (thanks @Brandon Turner for the numerous resources in this realm!)

Unlike a lot of BP publications, it's really more of an extended pamphlet with some good pieces of information, but if it is "the book", it's only because it's the "only book".The chapters are approachable and reader-friendly, but you won't find any nuggets of golden information within the pages if you already listened to the authors' appearance on the BP podcast.

I can't see what you would need a course to teach you that you can't learn by reading 30 Day Stay; listening to the BP podcast episodes with Sarah Weaver, Zeona McIntyre, and Jesse Vasquez; and hanging out in MTR forums/Facebook groups.

I've sent him numerous emails specifying what I want and I now have a bunch of unanswered texts asking about what's going on. 

I've recently saved enough resources to purchase my first business, which I'm considering to be a gas station.I've done many of my own calculations, and have looked at numerous listings on many different sites.

I love reading and listening to podcasts about entrepreneurship, self help, and business.
