Ask tenant what was done prior to moving (on camera), carpets professionally cleaned?

I will have a camera, notepad, and pen in hand, but what else should I do, be concerned with, stay away from, questions to ask, etc.Any help from you wise elders(not literally) would be greatly appreciated!

Any place that will cash a check has a camera, The check can be traced back to the register or window to the time of all $800 transactions, small process of elimination (if any) you'll have the half the culprits, they usually talk.

I have a camera system I will use sometimes.  

I invest in merchandise I can find locally (camera/filming equipment, IT equipment, inventory liquidations, video games, audio equipment etc.) purchasing from auctions and locals looking to sell and then sell the merchandise on my eBay or Amazon store.

This crap is changing and being reinterpreted by the month and is yet another example of nanny government activism.

You do not say where this is at or how many units you own.Some of those areas in down town are just crap holes and that type of thing comes with the territory.If you have a large complex you could put up a gate with card access to keep the bums, trouble makers, and drug dealers from loitering etc. around your place and give the tenants piece of mind.Have you set up security cameras and street lights??
