Do not cave to fear mongering.

That's not my market, but it seems like excellent news to me - regulations like that encourage responsible ownership/management without severely handicapping the industry, and in my opinion creates a safer environment in which to operate a business without fearing that super-strict regulations could swoop in at any moment.  

I feared what she was up to, but didn't even know where the key for that house was after 9.5 years.On 10/3/18, I received a call from the City, which provides gas for heat, water, sewer, trash.

Also open to hearing doubts, fears, etc for people who have decided to not go, as long as cost is not the main driver.I know BP in general advises against “Guru” programs.

So, taking away all of those fears while at the same time providing renters insurance makes this investor VERY competitive in his marketplace.

Hey guys, I've been getting educated about purchasing apartments for several months now and I while I recognize I'm at a point where I have a lot to learn and I don't know what I don't know I believe I found an opportunity worth pursuing and I don't want to miss out because of fear/inexperience.Here's building- It's a 51 unit in a rural area (45 min drive from Philly/Conshohocken) with low crime/unemployment.

Real estate is where I've wanted to build my success for a while, but I've hesitated on pulling the trigger for fear of failure.

You commit to this and you are not in a position to take any other opportunities that might come your way for fear of jeprodising your finnacing in 3 years time.
