My goal was to find a place to house hack, but the market has gone b-a-n-a-n-a-s where I live in northwest Washington State.

Hi Michele, The area between downtown and the airport, South Tampa, Seminole Heights, Carrolwood, Town n Country, the greater Brandon area are all good areas to check out. 

An experienced home flipper will tell you they make more money turning and flipping than holding and renting out the asset.With an apartment, most of the value add happens w/n the first couple years.

The Barrio Hollywood Neighborhood was one of these neighborhoods that was hit hard during the housing crisis, but has recently seen home prices soaring.I recently made a large investment in the area, and am excited to see attention it is garnering from the local community.
