As mentioned before, you can get away with paying for the draw money, but not using it.

As Pat mentioned you have a lot more flexibility with home 1 because it has no mortgage and is not owner occupied.

But maybe your tenant reaching out and mentioning that they're going to be forced to file a police report for fraud could generate some traction...obviously the real objective here is to just get the seller to call you back...

I have done a lot of research in preparation for my first real estate purchase but I haven’t heard any mention of banking services that stand out.

I even calculated and mentioned that the costs would total $15,700 for the project which was agreed upon.I had also told the PM that if any extra costs come up to let me know so I can watch the numbers.

This is the reason I quit being a moderator because of something that went mildly off the rails in the forums, and then it was completely censored because I responded to staff in the forums after they mentioned me.I think the moderators do an amazing job and should be given more pay or credit or anything.
