To thrive in real estate investing, you must maintain a firm grip on your finances.

Need some advice on the best way to structure this deal that's fair and beneficial for a 3 person LLC/partnership agreement. 

While the offer sounds tempting, I want to ensure I capitalize on these contracts fairly and effectively.Here are my main questions:Should I entertain the idea of terminating my current contracts, or is it better to stick to my original wholesale plan?

Syndicates that used lower leverage points and have far-out maturities (such as 2029 or later) are likely to survive as long as they don't run out of cash to maintain the assets for longer-than-planned hold times.

To be fair, they sold me the home, so as long as it ends up in the rentable condition noted in the purchase agreement, I see no responsibility on their part to stick around for another 2-3 years.
