Fred Damali pay off properties or use money to buy more?
10 December 2011 | 32 replies
Fred but what you might not be considering is you have a great OPPORTUNITY NOW in this buying cycle to acquire many undervalued properties.Your income is awesome for your age.Remember to live way below your means and invest the rest. That job you plan on having can change in a heartbeat and the next job you find might not pay close to that.I have seen great companies pay out a bunch where they do not have longevity and the person with the job has to hop from company to company to make close to the same money. If you have properties paid off you have TRAPPED EQUITY that is doing nothing for you.Especially with today's interest rates. With the kind of money you have I would go with multifamily.Leverage yourself up into larger deals instead of having little properties all over creation. What are the rents for your current property you own??
