There should be a class action law suit again multifamily mindset that has ripped off so many people and tore their lives apart in a horrible way.

I'm not using that term negatively, as I believe that they are filling a need - the alternative for those tenants may be homeless shelters or living under a bridge.

Given that 60% live on campus, that's 30,000 students in potential need for housing.
