Good to know on the BRRRR strategy and also a solid point to make sure I'm listening to recent (relevant) episodes.

@Travis Bobo  the written gurantee is WORTHLESS  they just fold up and move on.. what are you going to do.. there is no free lunch in real estate and there is no buying your way into success its earned and its dog tough do not let anyone tell U otherwise.. listen to Steve he knows as well.. he is a for real investor who does deals..

But it would be wise to listen to what he wants, because you should always want to know what your customers desire.

@Leslie Hsiung   you might listen to and watch the https://replaceyourmortgage.com/   I think it will give you all the answers you need to know and it also has calculators to put in the info you are talking about in your previous post.  

When I'm not listening to podcasts or doing something business related, I am usually outside, dancing, or learning how to make some tasty new food! 

A couple of points:1) Do not listen to a commission based RE agent or mortgage broker who recommends that you spend more of your income on housing compared to what is financially responsible for you to do.
