Does anyone know how to transfer the registration? 

Hi @Sanya WuNot sure if there is a way to verify payment history but I would also ask about the security deposit and make sure that gets transferred to you during closing!

Another issue is transferring property management.If the new PMC doesn't have a Rhino account, it gets difficult.

@Anthony PriloIt sounds like you are trying to transfer a personal property into an LLC since you are now making it into a rental property.When I did this, the real goal was to transfer ownership to the LLC but maintain the current (low-interest) loan.

Set up Zillow alerts for all small multifamily that "sell" (when properties transfer ownership landlords will be more open to talking) Network with small multifamily relators about buildings that are under renovations and will have multiple units coming up that need to be filled (problem) where you can "pre-lease" the unit and pay the landlord the 1st day it's available (solution) Look up commercial landlords that own strip malls and see if they have any residential properties.

Do they just transfer somehow? 

We asked the sale agent that what happen when we want to sell our home in the future and he said you can transfer it to another person.

I just graduated and am currently working as an intern at a government agency (for up to one year).

Work with the other PM to get deposits and leases transferred. 

I was not notified of a transfer during the 120 days that I held the loan.
