With just 17-20 attendees, you can really get to know each person's 'haves and wants' to see how you could collaborate, and the masterminds are so interactive, more like a discussion, so everyone feels comfortable asking questions and gets really thorough answers.

I would add that the level of interaction with long term SFH tenants tends to be very, very low for me.

The limited liability protection you are seeking is a legal matter, so no other profession that you interact with has a fiduciary responsibiliyt to care. 

Be real in your interactions, share your goals and don't be shy about giving back.

That is a legal matter, but still has "accounting" elements in it since something such as co-mingling funds will pierce your corporate veil.
