While it is legally a fourplex on a single lot, there are technically two buildings, a two story duplex and a side by side duplex with a walkway between them.

I manage commercial units in a 9 story Buckhead residential building off of Pharr Road and they allow rentals but the building is older and you will find a correlation in rental restrictions and newer properties.Â
