This “thing” about Ohio being a great investment opportunity pre packaged by real estate companies has been on going at least from 2004.  

Preying on people in pre-foreclosure to buying their home is "helping them out".

My project in Oregon which is a move up product 700 to 1` mil  I am selling them pre sale  NO incentives and sold as many as I could build this year.. and same for the last two years..

If you're already pre-approved, I would recommend verifying that your lender can service a non-warrantable condo and is keeping the loan in-house.It's completely normal to second-guess a decision like this—there's always some speculation involved.

I am simply pre-planning should I have a tenant move out in the future after their lease expires and they don't want to renew.

I am working on getting a pre-approval and hopefully will be picking up something this year!
