I am considering other options to see if there are ways I can hire someone to just do showing only and mamage my own rent collection through Zillow app, I also have my own contactors to do maintenance but have been paying monthly fee to my property manager who has done literally nothing, they also never answered my calls.It definitely sounds like you need to reevaluate your relationship with your property manager.

CA's Secretary of State forms list the name and address of either a manager or member, so unless you're hiring a third party to serve as manager of your LLC, anonymity is very hard to achieve once filing publicly in CA.As to the probate part, you're right that going through a court probate is a huge hassle, including being expensive and time consuming.

For the person that is letting you arbitrage their property, why would they choose to let you arbitrage their property rather than hire a professional, licensed, insured PM that has a team to run their property for them?
