I winterize a few houses for customers who winter in Florida , first I shut the water down at the street , then we drain everything , kill the electric to the water heater , tape over the breaker , blow the house out with a 125 cfm diesel compressor , then we have a 55 gallon drum of RV antifreexe and we use a air diaphram pump and fill the pipes with the pink stuff.

Agree about getting advice from an accountant:The 0% Capital gains is not unlimited, the 0% only applies to the gain required to fill out the 15% bracket.The following is a link that explains capital gains and brackets:https://www.kitces.com/blog/understanding-the-mechanics-of-the-0-long-term-capital-gains-tax-rate-how-to-harvest-capital-gains-for-a-free-step-up-in-basis/IMHO very difficult to predict tax without knowing other sources of income, but my guess is if it was a normal sale, much of it would be taxed at 20% federal + applicable state tax... not zero.
