Then you can sort all you transaction by category, sub category, tag etc.At any stage you can export the entire file of transactions or sort and then export the list in a "CSV" file for Excel (or Lotus 123 if still using)  It has a nice set of graphics for Assets, Expenses, Net Worth, Income with several time period filters and comparisons (I have not used it long enough to have comparisons yet).Mint handles Stocks and Bonds and gives you a quick look at your top 3 performers and Losers when you sign in.  

Got three birddog deals under my belt and just started back in real estate after setting up my custom t-shirt and graphic business.  

I think for an amateur graphic designer, less text on the cover image is preferred.

I started out with mostly flashy "big business" looking ads (as an ex graphic designer that is sufficient in Photoshop it was easy).

You should have 100K or more in equity to protect before it makes sense to spend that money - compare that with how much you spend in annual insurance for the same property/equity.Here is a graphical representation intended to help you on your quest for answers on this subject:

Carpet especially is always going to be an argument - unless you have many clear and graphic before and after pictures or video.But if it were me I would write a separate 'invoice' for each item - with it's price.  

I have never subbed out video editing but quite a bit of graphic design, ghost-writing and text editing.

I let my graphic designer choose the font (Cinzal).It all works together to communicate the message I wanted to present to the retail real estate buyer and seller - "Everything is going to be OK. 

They weren't even very slick, just a printed sheet with indifferent graphics explaining their "plan".
