I know that real estate in San Diego is VERY expensive.My question is based on this property https://www.redfin.com/CA/San-Diego/8351-Gold-Coast-Dr-92126/unit-3/home/4861308, is 573,000 too much to go with.

If you enjoy spending your time at the river with a pan in your hand, you can occasionally find a nugget of gold, but the guy that builds the flour mill is much more likely to feed his family well.

That stuff is gold.

He says there is a 'new' sub division around the lot, near the front entrance of the gold course, but zillow is showing the newest house built around this area is 2015; time is apparently relevant.It might still be worth the effort to contact one or two of the major developers in the area to gauge any interest.

Of course, as Chris so eloquently pointed out, this is where a good TK company brings value to their customers.Although we operate in different markets and at different price points, we look to Memphis Invest as the gold standard for Turnkey companies. 

Why on earth would you sell a golden goose when it’s laying gold eggs for you in the forms of appreciation and rental income ?
