I'm lucky my girl has the slovak nationalitie so its a little bit easy-er for me to start, but im focussing now on how i can make a good deal there without burning my money, and most importently where i need to think about, the crucial things..My first plan was buying from a "RE- bureau" who sells properties and pay little bit more but handles all the papers for me.. but last week i found a guy (online) who is a lawyer and sworn translator there and he speaks my language (dutch). the man himself is living there for 20+ years so he should know the rules, i will try to work with him to get some deals from other landloards or 'normal' people to get cheaper deals.

And, yes, I don't want to accuse anyone of wrongdoing before I find out more, but I have a feeling something shady might be going on with the fees and this committee of one...When I was restoring homes in my hometown of Minneapolis the city was cool with drawings on napkins and the permit fees were reasonable.

Like when you attend a seminar or purchase a course and you have sample transactions filled out in the forms included in the course.Whats the procedure for providing blank documents - do not want to cross the line or be accused of acting as an attorney.My gameplan is to provide a sample transaction from start to finish with every document I would use filled out with sample data.

For example you out grew it, it was a two bedroom, but you got married and had two kids (a boy and girl) and now you need a three bedroom (a little hard to pull off in one year unless you have twins =) ); the other option is that the first property you financed as an FHA is a very far commute to your work, and now you found a closer property that you need to relocate ( the properties cannot be in the same city if you're using this reason and I am not sure how far apart they could be).
