I had a rogue board member that was my "inspiration" to diversify, which led to RE, which led to FI, which led to FIFY (I'll let you figure out what FIFY means 😉 ).

There’s a lot of talk about Wi-Fi standards on this sector and a focus on the bleeding edge.

A lot of people buy these non-conforming properties that are converted SFR's...eventually you'll regret it...either in a re-fi scenario like this, or at resale...

I am active duty military and am on a path to #FI.

But I've played around with the numbers, and it seems like I would get the same return by just buying more units alone, and not giving up any control of those units (the ability to sell, re-fi, renovate, etc. without needing permission from partners).
