This is such an awesome story to hear, and I really admire the way that you are looking at your coaching program from the perspective of how you can help others and do what you love, while keeping the program accessible and affordable. 

From a numbers perspective it works but once we start adding what I estimate to be crunching 80k in repairs, coupled with a soft market for high-end homes especially next to heavy industry...I decided on a soft pass. 

So, from that perspective, I like the idea of "involuntary conversion provisions" to not have to deal with increased "income" in 2023 (because of the insurance payments) and huge "expenses" in 2024 (because of paying the contractors).I thought that has nothing to do with CSS, partial dispositions, having to "retire" the old assets and start tracking the depreciation of the new assets (after all, the CSS allocated 5K to the old roof covering, and we paid 18K+ for the new roof).

Bye-bye incremental demand.From a human impact perspective this is sad.

This may be an unpopular perspective, but I believe long term hold is going to win out on short term 9 times out of 10.
