The idea is this is not agreed to as fractional ownership, each party believes they are getting "full" interest from the preceding party.

Sometimes you see fractional interests come on the market. 

Seems like a very attractive alternative and a fraction of the price.

For me I mentored with a 30 year HML in Oakland circa 1980's and then ended up owning the company. .but it was up and running  250 investors and 50 million on the books.. and in CA you can legally fractionalize the debt instrument so we only paid interest on the money when it was out.Second version that I started I used the Bank LOC's and we started with 1 million in cash and 4 million dollar line of credit...

Appraisers aren't the best at determining market rent and either are MLS comps, Only a fraction of rentals are listed on the MLS. 

I will now be able to do so much more reading in a fraction of the time without necessarily having to set time aside to do it.

As I scale out I'll replace my monthly income (sooner than later) with a fraction of the time investment.  

@David Kitchen I don't know much about him, but everything you listed looks like the kind of things I can get for free by using BP to it's full potential by networking better and going pro for a fraction of what he's asking.
