They are unable to give you a balance or ledger report when there are repairs on properties.

Unfortunately, there's been reports of user accounts being closed without any reason.

I want to understand all fee structures to assist in the income reporting analysis.

How hard is it to get credit reports and I have read some landlords get livescan on potential tenants. 

I think you're not adding in closing costs to the PP, due diligence/reports/legal?
