You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

I actually found out today that the founder of the company Zack had no intentions on funding my deal from about three weeks ago and was stringing my loan along until today.

Do not fall for the trap that initial cash flow is any indication of actual cash flow over the hold period.Do accurate and conservative underwriting.  

Obviously there’s a number of things that can go wrong, I’m just curious if you find the documents less effective than one from an experienced lawyer but you are willing to accept less quality for a cheaper product or if you actually find them more effective in the first place.

I actually took a look at your profile and made some tweaks to mine. 

My family actually have some properties in FL, and I have also researched this area quite a bit and I saw it might fit my strategies.

., I left Anderson for a small firm that will do the actual taxes and then another company that specializes in tax strategy. 

I haven't seen any info on people earning any money on the actual affiliate/commission side of Minoan.

I’m not local, so I’m trying to get a feel for what it’s actually like making deals in this market right now.
