Some of the folks I know and respect locally are starting to modernize a bit, but the industry is still evolving.  

These traits aren't just going to evolve overnight.

My point of emphasis is that the same strategies of wealth creation and preservation are rapidly evolving and real estate as part of an investment or retirement portfolio might be more intelligent and essential than ever.

So after researching I settled on a Samsung Galaxy 2 10.1Tablets really haven't evolved yet to where it would make sense for me to plunk down more than $400 on anything out there imo.Anyone have any recommended apps?
