And even then, its not really needed to join.I wish i could get my money back.Also, they have all these "mastermind" events and teams that are for the top 10% and if you really want to take your investing to the next level, you gotta pay 15K or 20K and all this money.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

At that price, I suspect they don't get very many students at once. well i dont personally know. but when i was doing loans for Armando Montalongo's students and Nick Vertucci students at the 40k event there would be at least 200 paid participants. and about 350 to 400 folks in the huge conference rooms and then about 10 break out rooms to discuss other real estate niches. 

Too many in your shoes focus all of their time and energy on preparing for the liability event and fail to address the items in their day to day business that can actually prevent liability exposure.

I liked the reduced crowds more intimate event than especially last year’s event.  

In fact, Pace Morby is coming to Grapevine on the 9th at the Gaylord, and that should be a great event to network.Just my two cents.
