There are a lot of folks on the platform with different backgrounds in real estate, so I’m sure you’ll find some good connections to get started.

Being about an hour from Disney, their reviews seem to paint a picture that there are many folks that stop through for a few nights on their way to theme parks or further south in the state.  

If you are looking to fix and flip, would determine if you are planning to do the work yourselves, holding costs associated with the timing, or if you are going to use a General Contractor- make sure you have some good folks in place first. 2.

I did contact the LeadSafe incentive folks and verified that my property was eligible for the incentive, so I am grateful for that, but this is a good reminder to verify everything one comes across in this business.

This charge is currently not in effect and can only be levied after the Developer is no longer entitled to appoint members of the JVCA Board.
