Their entire efforts are directed at trying to lure you into their offices so you have to endure an hour or more of their incessant and worthless babble; while pitching a half dozen properties that are absolutely worthless in accordance with your needs and goals.

These questions help quantify how much brain damage you'll have to endure. 

Just had a seller endure multiple extensions from a 1031 exchange buyer and my seller balked at signing another (4th) extension and the buyers have no recourse.  

Of course, only time will tell how these relationships endure.

I'm looking to transfer a property of mine in NYC thats currently in my personal name over to an LLC without having to endure transfer taxes.

But there's still an approval process, applications to complete and underwriting to endure. 

This is an endurance race not a sprint.

We fully intend on purchasing rentals at some point, and we already have this one now.Should we sell and start over with a clean financial slate, or should we endure and try to maintain this as out of state owners?  

I am looking to gain some insights from the seasoned RE investors who have endured through downturns and not lost their money/business in the process.
