That model encourages PMs sign long-term leases.

In either case, I'd look for another lender.If you're going to buy a restaurant, SBA will require a resume with meaningful restaurant experience. 

I own 4 long term rentals in Memphis, and I've found it to be a great city to invest in, so I'd really encourage you to find some good properties and get into the game!

There will be some markets where we see prices stagnate or even go down a little, but not in a meaningful way.
