my family situation had a lots of ups and downs.. lost a house drove a beat up volkswagon with no back seats for me and brother.But my dad also encouraged me to get into real estate he was always preaching that commissions is the way to go..

I'd like to see how it turns out overall for builders & developers who do go that route, and if the county streamlines/encourages the process at all.

If you are only making $600 a year - you can easily call that negative cash flow - because the first repair you have to make will probably eat that amount up.I would encourage you to compare whatever deal you are looking at to alternative uses of your money as to investments.
