Overall wholesalers are not held to any standard so you need to be careful and engage an attorney or realtor to ensure you're not getting scammed.

So many people that I’ve encountered over those years were one and done, or here for a while and gone.  

Which has highest % to have lies, cheating, BS, scam etc in it????

Unfortunately the company is a scam and it’s actually amazing the owner is not in jail yet.

I couldn't find any information on the scam pages and this product does not come with a money back guarantee.

They are not outright scams and people do some deals but you almost certainly would have been better off saving the money and profits and doing it yourself.They call the up front fee your "skin in the game".
