For me, it's all about perspective - perspective that empowers or dis-empowers. 

While tech will transform this industry, it won't eliminate the role of real estate agents, but empower them. 

I think the creator had very good intentions when he established it, but since then it has been hijacked by scammers and other unscrupulous individuals.

Its empowering and very motivating.
