Any discussions I have had with any lenders, they all mentioned that I would have to wait 2 years after the discharge to qualify for a mortgage.

Does water from the sump pump actually go through the pool pump or just through the same line that the pool pump discharges through for backwash and draining?

You can't get debts discharged again for 8 years after chapter 7 discharge and 2 years for chapter 13 discharge.

@Dave WI have spent quite a bit of time on the MA registry of deeds hashing things out,  looks like all of his previous mortgages have been discharged, there is just one HELOC remaining for $80,000.  

The full bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet--obviously) passes through the grinder apparatus before being discharged/pumped up towards grade and into the city's sanitary sewer line (Baltimore City utility).Not sure what the additional risk/liability/maintenance costs (etc.) are that I should be taking into account. 

I contacted her lawyer and the loan servicer  The lawyer says “Please note that Ms. anonymous  filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy with our firm in 2012 and it was Discharged in 2013.

If you are unable to pay back the loan at the time of discharge, you could take it as a withdrawal.
