Where I grew up a duck was more apt to be dinner than a pet.

I was wondering if anyone from the area would like to go eat lunch or dinner (id invite of course!)

Lets say I'm going to Ankeny for dinner, its about 30 miles round trip for me.

@Mike Landryif I were you I would just have you as a single member, LLC.  1 - You could still have the ocational business dinner and write it off the rule is "reasonable and ordinary" on meals and entertainment expense for IRS.  

Alternatively, if you know the area and are open to chat, I would love to meet up for dinner/lunch/gym/etc.

It isn't a place where you would expect to walk-around and find dinner/drinks but if you're looking to get into real estate investing and commuting to work, then it's fine to live there.
